ENA Statement in Response to CQC Inspection

At ENA Care Group, we take pride in the quality of care that the company has delivered since being first founded in 1994, and have delivered ‘Good’ CQC ratings consistently, since its introduction in 2008.

Our unannounced CQC inspection in June 2018 resulted in a number of opportunities being highlighted.

As a result of the inspection, I have personally made the decision to take on the registered manager position within our business. I will ensure our day to day systems are robust and restore care to the above average standard we have been delivering for the past twenty-four years.

We submitted a clear action plan to the CQC post inspection, which outlined how we will proactively deal with the opportunities highlighted in our inspection report.

I am personally committed to leading these changes myself and ensuring that we work towards achieving an outstanding rating with the Care Quality Commission in the not too distant future.
